The EVO Oil Ciavuru takes its name from the Sicilian word “ciavuru” which means “scent”. ‘Ciavuru’ A unique oil from the unmistakable scent suitable for any kind of dish.
This oil is obtained from the pressing of the Cerasuola olives, it is characterized by a strong fruity taste with very aromatic hints of ripe tomato and thyme. The taste is gently bitter and spicy, but there is also a final sweet nome, which is why the name recalls the word “cirasa”(cherry).
To pair with: it matches soups, red meat dishes, and seasoned cheese.
Note: This EVO Oil is non-filtered but it is decanted in a stainless steel container for about a month. Any residue that may form at the bottom of the package does not compromise the quality of the product as they contain antioxidants (polyphenols, beneficial substances for health, and also for the conservation of the oil itself).
