The red wine Agata 2024 IGT is produced with selected Perricone grapes, Guyot-trained. The grapes are harvested manually.
Color: intense ruby red with bright violet hues.
Scent: characterized by an intense mix of ripe red fruits, mainly cherry and blackberry, follewed by delicate notes of spices, licorice and mediterranean aromatic herbs.
Taste: on the palate it is full-bodied and fruity, with an acidity that supports the drinkability and gives a long aromatic persistence.
To pair with: It goes well with vegetable dishes, cured meats and rich cheese. Perfect with hearty first courses and grilled meat.
