The raising sweet wine Donna Rosalia 2017 DOC Sicily is produced with selected Grillo grapes Guyot-trained. The grapes are harvested manually.

Color: intense amber, with bright reflections

Scent: rich aroma with hints of caramel, candied fruit, vanilla, and a characteristic peppercorn scent

Taste: exceptionally balanced sugars, acidity and sapidity. Lasting aroma of candied apricot and citrus fruit, honey and spices.

To pare with: dessert and pastries, Sicilian typical patisserie. It’s a sipping wine.
