The raising sweet wine Donna Rosalia 2018 IGT is produced with selected Grillo grapes. The grapes are Guyot-trained and harvested manually.

Color: intense amber, with bright reflections

Scent: rich aroma with hints of caramel, candied fruit, vanilla, and a characteristic peppercorn scent

Taste: exceptionally balanced sugars, acidity, and sapidity; lasting aroma of candied apricot and citrus fruit, honey, and spices.

To pare with: dessert and pastries, Sicilian typical patisserie. It’s sipping wine.
