The white wine Grillo Canaddunaschi 2016 IGT is produced with selected Grillo grapes. The grapes are Guyot-trained and harvested manually.
Color: straw yellow, with golden bright reflections
Scent: intense and persistent scent, with elegant hints of autumn fruit basket
Taste: round, elegant, savory, pleasingly aromatic; persistence on the palate ends with an elegant sweet note
To pair with: it matches perfectly with seafood dishes. It is paired also with meat dishes, red grilled meat, and white meat dishes. You can taste it also with dry desert, almond pastries, and jam tart.
